fuck man i just got done watching this epic as a whole. im so mad at myself because i actually misjudged this show as one big stereotype about the inner workings of black criminals. boy was i ever fucking wrong *smh*, to some what rectify my stupidity i bought not one but 2 sets of the entire collection. it’s the least i can do but my job is not done. i have to share this with everyone i know because this show deserves to be witnessed. not for the attention but to bring awareness to our society

there is one thing I don’t understand about the Wire – and that is how it didn’t pick up a bagful of Emmys for the producers and cast. Best thing I have seen on television in a very long time, the writing, casting and acting really is first class.
